THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS FORM AN INTEGRAL PART OF ANY PROMISE TO LEASE and TAL LEASE
1. The LESSEE agrees to sign a consent Pre-Rental form from Oligny & Thibodeau for a complete background investigation which must be satisfactory to the LESSOR.
2. Proof of Work Must be given in Form of Employment Letter.
3. The LESSEE Must provide a proof of Civil Liability insurance of $ 2,000,000 valid for the duration of the lease and before signing the lease.
4. A security deposit equivalent to one month will be given as a deposit to the LESSOR. This deposit will be refunded by the LESSOR to the TENANT at the end of the lease if no damage has been done to the apartment. If during the walk-through of the premises, damage is noted, the cost will be covered by the deposit and the difference, if any, will be remitted to the TENANT with the invoice for repairs.
