Adequate notice will be provided in advance. * The property may not be painted, modified, or otherwise altered without the prior written consent of the LESSOR. * Lease transfers and subletting are not permitted unless expressly authorized in writing by the LESSOR. * At the end of the lease term, the property must be returned in the same condition as at the commencement of the lease, including all included items and the state of the flooring, subject to reasonable wear and tear. * Upon signing of the lease, the LESSEE shall remit the first month's rent.
