7. Pets are Not allowed.

8. The LESSEE will be responsible for Moving-in and Moving-Out Expenses required and payable to the Syndicate

9. LESSEE will be responsible for paying any penalty due to their failure to comply with the by-laws and declaration of co-ownership or any fees due to the loss of keys/remote/Key Fob
