- The LESSEE must read and agree to the by-laws, rules and regulations of the co-ownership/property.
- The LESSEE shall return the PREMISES and/or the appliances and/or the furniture, if applicable, to the LESSOR to the same state as at the commencement of the lease, excluding normal wear and tear.
- The LESSEE shall bear all costs associated with moving in and out of the property, including but not limited to, elevator reservation fees, which shall be paid directly to the owner, syndicate, or building management, as applicable.
- The LESSEE acknowledges that they are assuming all rights and responsibilities associated with the remainder of the lease term as of the effective date of this lease.
