.7 The TENANT will return the property in the same level of cleanliness (other than normal wear and tear) as during the first rental. It is the TENANT's responsibility to keep all filters clean (air exchanger, A/C unit, hood, dryer, etc.);

.8 The TENANT must accept (sign) all terms and regulations of the Mostra real estate complex (Le Newman Multi locatif S.E.C.);
