.4 No subletting, Air BnB prohibited, nor assignment of lease permitted.

.5 The consumption and cultivation of cannabis in common or private areas is prohibited.

.6 Non-Smoking, including vaping.

.7 The LESSEE will return the property to the same level of cleanliness (other than normal wear and tear) as when first rented.

.8 If the lease is not renewed at the end of the term, the LESSEE MUST allow ALL visits requests for all potential new tenants, for which 24 hours' notice will be given
