Resort information and amenities:

Private domaine of 86 log homes primarily used for short term rental. They are all individually owned & rented either by the FLR management company or privately by the owners. This property is currently rented out by the owners but the future owner can join the resort rental pool. The resort gets a lot of conferences year round.

Each owner is a shareholder of the resort & his share (class A) must be transferred with the sale. Each shareholder is required to pay the monthly fee of 745$.
